My workspace is not that big so I appreciate that this came pre-cut.

  2. Question

    Michael

Hello Dutch – For construction of a down top quilt with 2.5″ baffle, should I use the pre-cut mesh baffle strips, or go 3.5″ to allow for the sewn seems? I’ve read where do-it-yourselfers use the mesh baffle strips slightly smaller than the planned expanded down-filled baffle.
    Hope you can help.
Also, the web site says you are currently out of thread. I’ll be needing black.
    When will this be restocked?
    Thanks

If you wanted the loft to be at the 2.5″ mark then i would recommend bumping up to the 3.5″ baffle to account for seam allowance. We are waiting for our shipment of black thread to come in, unfortunately i don’t have an ETA on exactly when it will be here.
