the inside from wall to wall is 10cm and the lids are designed with an inside lip to fit inside the pots.

Love this lid. Fits my IMUSA aluminum .7Q cup just right. Water boils faster and I have less risk of trail spice! Thinking about buying one for my larger pot too.

On my PCT section I used a Heat Exchanger Pot and although 7 oz (Just for the bottom pot) heavy it SIPPED gas so well I used my Soto Amicus 2 times a day and with ONLY the 100 Gram gas can still had 1/3 of a can after 15 nights on trail. Boils 2 cups in under 2 minutes so I needed a LIGHT HE Pot and of course a UL lid and BAM….THIS ONE FIT PERFECT and I am so stoked. I bought the APG HE pot kit and tossed the top mini pot and the lower is only 5.7 OZ and the 20 gram LID from this company fit….I am stoked and blazing fast shipping….THANK YOU SO MUCH.

First impressions very flimsy. I would like to see a little thicker one made. Or atleast have the option. It will work for cooking or keeping drinks a little warmer or from bugs.
