    Question

To be functional with the majority of trekking poles, would it be best to use the 1″ or 3/4″ rings on the tie outs for either porch mode or going to ground? Just looking to get some advice before grabbing the grosgrain and d-rings.

I need to use the ring to fit the end tip of a tent pole that is 5/16″ (8 mm) in diameter, what ring will it work for this?

If the tip is 5/16″ is literally a toss up between the 1/2″ and 3/4″ beastee d ring. The opening on the 1/2″ was about a 1/4″ and then the 3/4″ I believe will be to big.

Yes, the T-end will fit, when turned, through this D-ring.
