This pack cover is made from silnylon.  It fits medium to large size packs and it less than 2 ounces.  It is made from one of the lightest waterproof nylons available and has 3/32 shock cord and mini cord lock so it is adjustable  It fits my ULA Catalyst (Pictured) and ohm each perfectly.  It is also one of the least expensive pack covers on the market.
