The perfect pouch is a multi-functional pocket that can be used in the hammock, hiking, traveling, bike riding, or really any time you need extra storage. Lightweight and functional is how we think at DutchWare and this bag is no exception. It is made out of our Argon 90 fabric which is wind resistant and has a DWR finish. For the strap we used 1/2-inch grosgrain that connects with 1/2-inch D-Rings. The pocket is completely adjustable and can sit higher or lower on your chest and it will fit a wide variety of sizes with our generous 78-inch strap.

I bought this to be able to store my water filter and battery pack inside my quilt when it is cold. I ordered it in morrocan blue, and it came in the lovely orange, which is such a better color for finding in my quilt. I used it this past week in the Alleghenys, and although it was not cold enough to worry about my filter or batteries, I found myself wearing in all the time. It is really perfect for so much, and so light and does not cause me to sweat under it. The design keeps it from sagging and catching on things, and I can bend over and climb over without worrying that something will fall out of my pockets. It was a hot and sweaty week, so when I found myself not wearing something with pockets, the perfect pouch was there with me and for me. I am ordering two more, one for my cousin, and the morrocan blue for me to wear when I attend concerts (which I believe will happen again soon)! Get one of these and you will find many uses for it, I guarantee.

Really liked idea, purchase one few years ago.
Notes
– the strap is weird – comes loose after 30-40min of hiking
– when used for hiking – gets toasty, wish there was a version from mesh (as in my favorite Cloud 71)
Have not seen anything better yet on the market, but really wish version 2.
