With rubber-like elasticity Tenacious Tape Max repairs rips, tears and holes in fabrics, inflatables, metal, vinyl or plastic, forming an airtight and watertight seal that flexes with the material.     Would this be the best option for a small tear in my wide Xenon asym tarp? If not what is my best option? I do have a small piece of the original material left if it is better to just sew on a patch and seam seal it.

      Just seam seal and a small patch. It is best to have ti cure under compression.
