If your taller or wider get the wide . I bought a printed regular chameleon and it just wasn’t as comfortable for me as the wide . The Hellbender was by fare the most comfortable hammock I own and this comes very close to that level of comfort for me . So if you’re 6 foot tall go with the wide you won’t regret it
