Z-Liner 270

Clark’s Z-Liner 270 provides one large insulation pad that connects with velcro to the underside of Clark’s largest solo beds such as the NX-270 and TX-270 models and “ULTRA” 2-person models. 2-person models use two Z-Liners (one for each bed).

The Z-Liner 270 insulation kit fits all NX-270 and TX–270 models and all “ULTRA” 2-person models (VX Ultra and Vertex Ultra which each use two Z-Liners). It fits all NX-250 models ordered after March 2014.  It also fits all TX-250 models.  If you have a NX-250 model made before March 2014, call Clark for options.

Clark’s Z-Liner 270 provides one large insulating underquilt that connects with velcro to the underside of the hammocks bed.  The Z-Liner comes with two stuff bags.  One bag holds the liner alone.  The second bag can either hold two liners or hold a solo-hammock with the Z-Liner attached.

A typical camper using a high quality sleeping bag can sleep in this model down to approximately 10 F (-12 C).  This assumes you are using a sleeping bag that is meant for the temperatures you are sleeping in.

The Z-Liner is made from quality CLIMASHIELD APEX insulation. Engineered for maximum loft per unit weight, CLIMASHIELD APEX is the perfect choice when you demand performance driven comfort that delivers superior thermal efficiency, resilient loft and durability. We believe this synthetic insulation is the ideal choice for a camping hammock since it is placed in an area that can potentially get wet from rain blowing under the tarp or splashing from the ground in torrential rain. Synthetic insulation continues to work well in these conditions.
