Where the d-rings are doubled up, does this indicate that both should be used when staking out or attaching any of the poles?

Outstanding tarp built with a level of quality that is noticeably higher than even most of the other cottage manufacturers. I purchased this with the intention of doubling up with my wife, but so far have been using this as a foul weather/winter haven. A little extra weight is well worth the luxury and security. I do look forward to the wide front door when it comes out. I highly recommend watching Dutch’s video on the pole mod installation for a smooth set-up experience without incident.

Question
tyrsius –
How well will this fit hennessey asym hammocks? I’ve got two explorer XLs, which I understand are a bit longer than the hammocks you have in the video. I’m also concerned about the spreader bar being enough distance for the asym lay, especially if we are head-to-foot so that we are both entering from the middle. Would you recommend two spreader bars for that setup, or is this tarp and a single bar going to have enough space?

should work just fine however if you are looking to be able to close it all the way in this may not be the tarp for you. We will have an option later to add a door to the side but it is not available yet.

When you choose the internal pole mod option you are choosing to purchase the poles. The extra pole mod d-rings are always automatically included in all of our wide tarps.
