It is a simple wrap around skirt (kilt for you guys) that has Omni Tape on one side to keep it shut. It is made from ARGON sil and is completely waterproof. Not only do you enjoy the ventilation of the skirt but you will alwas have a dry place to sit. Comes in brown and has handy pocket that becomes an integraded stuff sack. It is 32 inches long and fits up to a 46″ waist.
