Perfect, easy projectI bought this pack cover kit to go with my new ULA Circuit pack. The kit was exactly what I needed, easy-to-follow instructions, a simple sewing project for a guy who struggles to stitch straight. Checked all the boxes for this cheap DIYer. To top it off, I contacted the guys to make sure it went out quickly because I was leaving exactly one week from the date of order on a hiking trip and I needed time to build the cover. They sent it out the same day (on a Friday) and it arrived on Monday… all the way to southern GA!

What are the differences between the different fabrics offered other than colors available?

The only one that will be different is the dyneema and that is marked as dyneema composite and all of the other are just different color variations.

Do you have other color options than the ones listed for customization? I was hoping to find something in lime green …

I made a cover for my EMS sector 35L. I am glad I ordered the Tera 80 thread in addition to this kit. Instructions are easy to follow, and I have a bit of extra fabric that I intend to use for a small stuff sack. The Xenon Sil .9 is much easier to work with than JoAnn fabric ripstop nylon. I used a Viking Non-stick glide foot, that worked well with the Sil .9

I wanted a pack cover for my ULA Circuit that used lightweight fabric, but didn’t break the bank. I couldn’t find one that used the fabric I wanted, so made my own. Now I have a custom, perfectly fit pack cover that uses exactly the fabric I wanted, Xenon 0.9 Sil. Has enough fabric leftover to make a teeny stuff sack to keep it contained. Final weight with stuff sack, 1.76 ounces (50.12 grams).
