5 out of 5 Awesome Cord!

    eazyab (verified owner)

Excellent cord… Thin and light, super strong, knottable and spliceable. Works great with mini cord locks, ideal for stuff sack closures, guylines, stake tie-offs, keychains, soft shackles, you name it. The 1.75mm is the thinnest/strongest ‘string’ I have gotten my hands on, the 2.2 adds a little burl. Can practically replace any paracord project. Should have went for the bigger spools!

We use the same rope. The only difference is we use yellow for the main and then gray for the varying just so you can differentiate between them.

  9. Question

    Admin CraigVolpe

I’m having a hard time getting my prusik knots to grab onto my Zing It continuous ridgeline when I pull them tight. Any tips or is that because of the coating on Zing It?

You should have 5 wraps on the prussic, After that it is a matter of making the knot tight enough.

We normally bury the end after we splice it on and keep the tarpworm and the line spliced on. I would say to bury the end definitely.

Works great!Perfect amount of rope, super lightweight and compact. Used this for a bear bag rope, glides super easily on the trees and easy to clean off any sap with just water.

Zing It or Lash It (25 Feet) Gray 2.2mmI got the 2.2mm line to hang my tarp from. I spliced three continuous loops with relative ease using 19 gauge steel wire and stitched them for security and peace of mind. I was worried it would be a struggle to splice but I found it no more difficult than 1/8 Amsteel Blue.

The gray looks great, I had none of the coloring rub off on my hands when I performed my splicing and it holds my tarp taught when using prussiks. I was worried the 2.2mm to 2.2mm might not bite very well but four wraps had it holding even in strong gusts.

    Great product!

I purchased this line for the first time for use as a hammock ridge line. It came super-fast and is absolutely amazing! Had plenty for my ridgeline with some to spare. Wish I’d known how strong and lightweight this would be….I would have ordered more! Thanks so much!

    • admin

1.75 has a breaking strength of 400 pounds and 2.2 is 600 pounds. I am concerned though that you worded it by weight rating. This rope is no to be used doe hammock suspensions. You need a minimum of 1000 pound breaking strength for that.

This stuff is amazing for lightweight camping. Light, incredibly strong, and works perfectly with Dutch Flyz and Fleaz and Stingerz and…

Perfect for tarp and hammock ridge lines and works perfectly as guy lines with Fleaz and LineLocs.

I like yellow for visibility but comes in red and grey too.

Order lots because you’ll find a million uses for it.

Most impressive rope I ever seen!

Most impressive rope I ever seen! You just can’t find anything else like it! I live in Denver and we have everything here or atleast I thought. Nobody stocks this rope, and when you look on Amazon guess who sells it? Dutch! He ships everything incredibly fast and his prices are the best! Don’t bother looking around for this, just go directly to Dutch!

bough this to make a CRL for my tarp. I put it under my tarp and use a wasp on one end and a dutch hook on the other end. I pull it fiddle tight and after a night, there is sag in it. I even used witness marks to make sure it wasn’t slipping though the wasp. I was told it would not have any stretch but apparently there is some. Not a big deal but just surprising. But this stuff is super strong and weighs next to nothing.
