Could you add a grosgrain loop in the middle of the outside of the center ridge? Any reason that might be a bad idea?

Also, what is the side base length?

I just purchased this tarp. Do you sell patch kits in the event I get a hole or tear? if not, can you recommend the right patch kit for this fabric?

These are two extra tieout points on each wall of your tarp (so 4 tieout points total). You can use guylines or external pole mods to create a larger ceiling under your tarp (rather than just the A-frame configuration): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yB-NIXZ_ztw

Does the internal pole mod allow you to setup the hammock like a porch? Or like a tent with the pole in the center of the tarp?

Can you confirm that the wide hex tarp uses your Xenon fabric? Additionally, is this bonded like some of the others, or are there seams that need to be maintained?

Our Wide Tarps use Xenon Sil Wide: https://dutchwaregear.com/product/xenon-sil-wide/
Right now, we can only bond with our standard width Xenon tarps. We hope to offer the wide tarps in the future.
