These are great for splicing. I didnt read all the reviews or the additional info before ordering them so I was expecting them to be a little longer. They can be a little difficult to keep a hold of when splicing. However they still work pretty great especially for splicing smaller cordage like the lash it and zing it. If they were a little longer/easier to grip I would definitely give them 5/5.
