Description

The HangTime Hook allows adjustment for level, horizontal and vertical operation, and for viewing on a diagonal lay. It receives phones that are 3.5″ (90 mm) wide in various cases.
The HangTime Hook phone holder may receive guy lines for stabilization, may be locked in place along the ridgeline by securing an elastic hair tie with a larks head knot to the ridgeline and attaching to the lower tie down. The tie downs also take up slack in headphone cables and manage USB cords from power banks. Sewing a button to a velcro strap allows hanging flashlights, power banks, and even drinks to the side of the HangTime Hook in the keyhole slot.

I have a Galaxy S10 Note + and this holds it with room to spare. I haven’t used it in my hammock but I can tell it will be a perfect edition to my gear. After a long day and a couple cocktails, when I get sleepy l, I was always dropping my phone and got tired of searching for it. (Top quilt with pad). Thanks Dutchware gear. It will work fine.

It is a tight fit, but yes it should work.

  7. Question

    mjcussen58

The “centreline” that I have set up, using the lugs inside my Clark TX250, is not that tight. I see from answers to other questions here, that the Amsteel 7/64″ is about as thick as you can have this centreline/ridgeline to accommodate the Hangtime Hook. I have my doubts that such a centreline, with the Hangtime Hook and a 246g (8.7oz) Samsung Note 10+ phone, will not flop around and be ineffective. Any thoughts or experiences with other Clark hammock users? Thanks.
