    Another triumph, Dutch!

I bought a pair of these in each size; I wasn’t sure which one(s) would work best.

My primary target was the continuous ridgeline on my tarp, which I leave installed with my tarp when I pack it.
The medium cordwinder was perfect for the longer end; the small one is great for the shorter end.
(I only left one star off because I haven’t – yet – taken the sidewinders out on a trip. Hope to do so soon)

    So Simple and So Good

Nothing can be more frustrating that arriving at your camp location, tired or in the rain, and you are in a hurry to get your hammock and tarp set up than to have to detangle every cord you have. Wither it is a ridgeline or tie outs each just adds to increase your frustration level. Then along comes Dutch with another simple solution – a silicon wafer that hold each line tight, ensures no tangles, weighs next to nothing, and costs less than shipping does. WHAT A SOLUTION.

In addition to making set up a breeze he also solved the issue of once you are set up and have extra cordage just hanging around. It can be from a ridgeline or tie out but all cord not being used needs to be would up, tied up, and secure or it soon becomes a mess laying on the ground or as I have found a trip hazard.

Thanks Dutch for bringing out the simplest of solutions – a silicon yo-yo that keeps everything in place and secure.

    Simple & neat

These have been fantastic to add to my kit. As a person who compulsively feels the need to keep all lines neat and tidy, these have become a savior. It’s so easy to keep everything neat & together, and takes up very little space. I use these on my tarp ridgelines and each tarp guyline. They also hold tension very well for guylines. Fully recommend.
Plus they’re fun to play with 🙂

    Perfect!

It’s $2.50 – and is probably going to end up saving me hours of frustration on the trail. I have a continuous ridge line made by another company and the Dutchware folks were kind enough to help me figure out if it would work before I ordered – which is even more impressive considering the thing costs $2.50. Great product, great people.

Bought one, then I bought more

    Barbara Miller (verified owner)

I bought one of these to use with my continuous ridgeline – even worked with loop aliens. When I decided to make a split ridgeline, I was trying to come up with a good way to store the two sections and grabbed two pieces of cardboard which works in a pinch but the next order that I placed with Dutchware, you can bet I added two more of these to my order!

    Super useful

    logandecker1 (verified owner)

Gets rid of hand tying the loose cords together or trying to untangle if you stuff em in a bag. Super simple to ravel and unravel guys lines, and wind up the slack and just let it hang even! Love it, buying more for the rest of the cord I use!
