There is a hole on the one end to connect shcok cord and the business end has a 1/4 inch diameter tip with a 1/16 inch undercut. The typical pole mod uses three .344 Male Poles, One .344 Female poles, Two .344 Pole Tips, and some 3/32 shock cord for each pole asembly. These pole tips are Made in America

What is the best size grommet for these .344 pole tips? I was thinking 3/8″, but wanted to make sure before I buy the Grommet Installation Kit and start punching holes.

The tip on the end of the pole is 1/4 inch so 3/8th works well.
