Do you have a picture of this apex material. I’m looking to see if it is loose material or is it covered?

This is a continuous filament sheet of insulation. It is not covered, but it isn’t a loose insulation either. This insulation does not require quilted or baffled stitching, just perimeter stitching.

  2. Question

    gregthedetailer

Can this be used as a cozie for warm or hot pot anodized aluminum or polypropylene containers. Or does it need a liner to help insulate (temperature rating) lastly what’s the size dimension…Thanks!

This insulation is 1/4″ thick and 60″ wide. It is generally used for quilts and clothes. The 3.6oz Climashield is 1/2″ thick, so you may want to try that.

    Thanks Dave Gantz
Have you or anyone ever used this for that purpose & is it (hand, machine) washable?
Last question is how much heat does it reflect an educated guess?
